Barbecue Mackerel

Description

Barbecue mackerel is a moist and flavorful mackerel delicacy, usually prepared with some rich spices. The mackerel is grilled over a smoking hot grill and the smoke from the grill gives it the unique taste. It is sometimes eaten alone or in combination with a side dish of choice. It is prepared with mackerel fish which is properly spiced with pepper, salt, barbecue sauce and other preferred seasoning.
