Description
Akara is a very delicious Nigerian snack made from deep fried bean batter. It has great taste and aroma and usually serves as a breakfast meal which is served with corn meal (pap) or custard. It is made with just about five ingredients which are beans, salt, pepper, Onions and seasoning of choice. It is comes in handy as a street food and is enjoyed by all.
